- 1 can Pineapple Rings
- 1 lb Ham; sliced
- 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients for glaze and stir.
- Once glaze is ready, lightly brush over slices of ham.
- Serve slices with pineapple rings and your favorite side dish.
Pair with Clos du Bois Chardonnay.
