Glazed Ham

  • 1 can Pineapple Rings
  • 1 lb Ham; sliced

  • 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  1. In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients for glaze and stir.
  2. Once glaze is ready, lightly brush over slices of ham.
  3. Serve slices with pineapple rings and your favorite side dish.

Pair with Clos du Bois Chardonnay.
