Pear Crostini with Brie and Pistachios

Pear Crostini with Brie and Pistachios

Makes approx. 24 pieces

1 cup honey
1 thin baguette cut on a bias into thin slices
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. Brie, sliced
2 large pears
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup chopped pistachios


  1. Preheat oven 400°F
  2. Place baguette slices on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil
  3. Bake until beginning to brown, 4-6 minutes
  4. Core and thinly slice the pear, squeeze lemon juice over and mix
  5. Place Brie on baguette slices, return to oven 1 min to soften
  6. Top with pears, drizzle with honey, top with nuts, and enjoy with a glass of Clos Chardonnay
