Melon and Ham Skewers

Serves 6

1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked boneless ham
2 cups cubed melon (honeydew, cantaloupe, etc)
1/4 cup fresh small basil leaves
1 tbsp of balsamic glaze


  1. Combine ham and melon onto six 6" skewers dividing each alternating ingredient with basil leaves
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and serve with a glass of Clos du Bois Pinot Grigio
