Snap Pea Spring Salad with Clos du Bois Pinot Grigio

Ingredients:
Hormel® Cure 81® Ham steaks; julienned
1 lb Snap Peas; opened
4 cups Fresh Arugula
1 cup Feta Cheese; crumbled
Olive Oil and Balsamic dressing to taste
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon

Directions:
Mix arugula and snap peas with crumbled feta cheese, Hormel® Cure 81® Ham, and dressing. Toss salad with a Lemon Juice. Enjoy with a glass of Clos du Bois Pinot Grigio.
