French Inspired Bistro Burgers with Clos du Bois Sauvignon Blanc
1.5 lbs ground beef
4 slices of French Brie
1 tbsp garlic powder,
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Red onion; sliced
2 cups arugula
4 slider buns; toasted
Truffle salt and pepper to taste
Aioli spread to taste
In a large bowl combine ground beef, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and truffle salt and pepper to taste. Mix seasonings well with ground beef and form four small patties.
In a grill, cook the burgers until the meat has browned and is slightly charred. While still on grill place one slice of French brie on each patty, allowing it to melt slightly.
Place patties on slider buns, topping with arugula, sliced red onion and aioli spread. Serve with a glass of Clos du Bois Sauvignon Blanc and enjoy!
